Affordable RV & Boat Storage started because our family knew there was a better way to do this. RV and boat owners in Lincoln deserved a facility that was actually affordable, actually accessible around the clock, and run by people who care about building long-term customer relationships. So we opened one.

The facility sits at 1020 Airport Road, Building B, right inside Lincoln's city limits on the backside of the Lincoln Regional Airport, and it's been growing ever since. Phase 4 expansion was completed, and Phase 5 expansion is live for summer 2026.

Being family-owned means you get a straight answer. Pricing is on the website. Leases are flexible and month to month. The Customer Portal lets you manage invoices and documents without calling anyone. And when something comes up with your RV — a repair, a warranty issue, a propane fill before the weekend — you don't have to haul it somewhere else. Professional technicians work on-site.
